If the workflow config page is blank or the new workflow button is not taking you to the next step, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Switch to incognito mode and then check if the pages are loading.
- If the pages are loading, check your browser to verify if any ad blockers are turned on.
- If yes, you can do either of the following to resolve the issue:
- Turn off your ad blocker(s)
- Allowlist
