Why is the workflow config or new workflow button not working?

If the workflow config page is blank or the new workflow button is not taking you to the next step, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Switch to incognito mode and then check if the pages are loading.
  2. If the pages are loading, check your browser to verify if any ad blockers are turned on.
  3. If yes, you can do either of the following to resolve the issue:
    • Turn off your ad blocker(s)
    • Allowlist *.atlan.com
