To request or revoke data access through ServiceNow inside Atlan, you may first need to link your ServiceNow account. This is done automatically for the user that set up the ServiceNow integration, but not for other users.
Link your ServiceNow account
To link your ServiceNow account:
- From any screen, in the upper right navigate to your name, then click Profile.
- Click the four dots icon in the resulting dialog to get to integrations.
- Under ServiceNow, click the Connect link.
- In the resulting popup, scroll to the bottom and click Allow.
To unlink your ServiceNow account:
- From any screen, in the upper right navigate to your name, then click Profile.
- Click the four dots icon in the resulting dialog to get to integrations.
- Under ServiceNow, click the Disconnect link.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm.
